Dorset Art Weeks

I'm thrilled to share some exciting news—I'm exhibiting alongside the talented members of The Dorset Artists Guild at the Museum of East Dorset in Wimborne Minster as part of Dorset Art Weeks!

Dorset Art Weeks (DAW) is one of the county's most beloved celebrations of visual arts, running this year from Saturday 23 May to Sunday 7 June 2026. It's a fantastic two-week event where artists, makers, and designers across Dorset open their studios, host group exhibitions, and showcase everything from traditional paintings to contemporary works. With hundreds of venues to explore, it's the perfect opportunity to discover local creativity and support Dorset's vibrant arts community.

The Dorset Artists Guild, a collective of professional artists, is presenting a special collection in the Garden Room at the Museum of East Dorset (23-29 High Street, Wimborne Minster, BH21 1HR). This exhibition features mixed media and painting works by an impressive lineup of members, including:

And yes—I'm delighted to be part of this group show, sharing the space with these wonderful professionals!

The venue is right in the heart of Wimborne Minster, opposite the Minster on the High Street—easy to find and super accessible. Opening times are 10am to 5pm daily during the event, with good wheelchair access, parking nearby (though none directly on-site), and it's very dog-friendly too. No admission fee for this exhibition—it's free to visit and enjoy!

Whether you're a long-time art lover or just looking for a inspiring day out, come along to see the beautiful landscapes, vibrant abstracts, and wildlife pieces (like that stunning kingfisher!). It's a real honour to exhibit in such a welcoming space with this talented guild.
